Ted and his crew recently handled an electrical job for us, and they absolutely exceeded expectations. From start to finish, they were professional, thorough, and clearly committed to doing things the right way—no shortcuts, no rushing. Ted gave us our dream kitchen remodel and exceeded all expectations! Extremely happy with the entire project — especially the end results. Ted, Joe and Nick handled demo, total electrical/plumbing, carpentry build-out, full cabinet installation and so much more. But beyond that, Ted carefully and calmly guided us through all of the challenges an older home like ours presents during this kind of remodel. His suggestions for under cabinet lighting, ceiling fixtures and additional charger-friendly outlets were essential to the functionally clean kitchen aesthetic we wanted, and his finishing work on our off-the-shelf cabinets made the entire kitchen effectively look a high-end custom job (at least to us, anyway!). Perhaps best of all, his rates were extremely reasonable and his team works FAST. These guys are amazing to work with. They don’t try to overcharge or overfix anything. I had an issue with my electrical panel and instead of suggesting I replace it like the other guy, he offered to fix it, which saved me a ton of money.

These guys did high quality fast work at a great price the day after I called them. I had them fix a blown outlet, install floodlight camera, install light fixture, and install some light switches. Ted & Co were absolutely great! We had a suspected breaker/fuse issue that turned out to be just an old microwave that needed to be replaced. The experience was a very brief one, but even in just a 15-20 minute visit it was very obvious that there was a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. I highly recommend this company for any electrical needs! After an outlet popped and tripped our breaker, Ted and his son arrived within an hour of my call. A previous company had quoted us $10,000, claiming we needed to replace the entire circuit and electrical panel. Ted and his son performed a thorough inspection and proved those massive repairs were completely unnecessary. It’s rare to find this level of honesty and expertise—they saved us a fortune and earned our trust for life.

We had an emergency situation in our house last week, and needed immediate assistance. Unlike other vendors, Ted returned our call within 15 minutes, and came out to our house during a tornado watch and thunderstorm. He helped us with that situation, and the very next day, sent Nick out to replace a sump pump that had stopped working during the night of the storm. They provided all this great service even though we hadn't ever used Ted before. Amazing response and thorough, complete repairs! Would not hesitate to call Tritan for any future home repair or more extensive remodeling work. Very thankful for them!
